Mark Richard Beaulieu is an expert on the 12th-century life of Eleanor of Aquitaine. He is an accomplished author, a collected painter, an award-winning photographer, and an innovative software technologist. Trained as a studio artist, Mark holds an MFA from UC Davis and a BFA from Trinity University. He lives in Colorado with his family.

He grew up in Heidelberg, New York City, Texas, and California, and now lives in Colorado with his wife and pets, helping their children and grandchildren navigate the new world.
